We provide primary care for adults aged 18 and over: annual wellness visits, ongoing management of long-term conditions, acute problems that come up in between, laboratory work, and referral onward when something needs a specialist.
What patients tell us they notice is the length of the appointment. A visit here is a conversation about what is going on and why, not seven minutes and a prescription. Because the clinic also does hormone work, weight management and functional testing, the questions that usually get deferred — the fatigue, the weight that will not shift, the sleep — get asked in the same room by the same clinician.
A yearly review of the whole picture, with the labs that are appropriate for your age and history.
Blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, prediabetes and type 2 diabetes, reviewed and adjusted.
Blood work ordered, interpreted and explained in language you can use.
The infections, injuries and flare-ups that come up between appointments.
Screening, risk review and the unglamorous things that prevent the big events.
Straight to the right specialist when a problem needs one, with the notes to go with it.
Your care here is provided by nurse practitioners. Between them they bring decades of clinical experience across family medicine, adult critical care, urgent care, nephrology and hormone health, and they are licensed to assess you, order and interpret testing, diagnose, prescribe and manage long-term conditions.
Our approach leans toward finding the cause before reaching for the prescription. That is not an argument against medication — plenty of our patients need it and stay on it — but it does mean we will look at sleep, nutrition, stress, activity and hormones as part of the picture rather than as an afterthought. Where a medicine is the right answer, you get it, with a clear explanation of why.
We are a small clinic, not an urgent care and not an emergency department. Anything time-critical — chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathing difficulty, serious injury — needs 911 or an emergency room, and we would rather say that plainly here than have anyone wait on a call back.
We stay current with the research and the technology so that every patient is offered care we would want for our own families, with a plan built around your medical history and your goals.
When you become our patient you are treated like family. You are never a number, and you will always be told plainly what a treatment can and cannot do for you.
Modern, evidence-based methods and high-quality products.
We review your full history and build the plan around you.
No. We care for adults aged 18 and over.
A nurse practitioner. They assess, order and interpret testing, diagnose, prescribe and manage long-term conditions, and they will refer you on when a problem needs a specialist.
Coverage depends on your plan and on what is being done. Call the clinic before your first visit and we will tell you where you stand rather than leaving you to find out afterwards.
