Cared for from our south Tulsa office, a short drive from Glenpool.
Most people who come to us for weight loss have already tried, often more than once. Our job is not to hand you another diet but to work out what is making it hard: thyroid and sex hormones, blood sugar and insulin, sleep, stress, medication and body composition all pull in the same direction or against each other.
We have one office, in south Tulsa, and we do not have a clinic in Glenpool. What we do have is a steady number of patients who travel from there, and a short, simple drive for them to make.
BMI on its own is a crude measure. It says nothing about muscle, nothing about hormones and nothing about why the last attempt stalled.
Thyroid, hormones and blood sugar, so a plateau has an explanation.
Muscle and fat looked at separately, not one number on a scale.
Some common prescriptions make losing weight harder.
Both work against fat loss, and both are treatable.
MIC-Lipo and B12 where they add something to the plan.
Built around your week rather than an ideal one.
We start with measurements rather than assumptions — bloodwork, body composition, a proper history of what has and has not worked before. From there the plan might include prescription medication such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, MIC-Lipo or B12 injections, hormone support where levels justify it, and practical work on protein, resistance training and sleep.
Those medicines are prescriptions, not supplements. Nausea and other gut side effects are common early on, dosing is stepped up slowly for that reason, and some histories rule them out entirely. We go through all of it before anything is prescribed, and we tell you what it costs. Weight tends to return when a medicine stops unless the things underneath it have changed, so the rest of the plan is not optional.

From Glenpool, head north on Highway 75 and east on the Creek Turnpike, coming off at Mingo and turning north to 81st Street. It is one turnpike run rather than a series of lights across south Tulsa.
Glenpool sits far enough south that most medical appointments mean a drive regardless, so our patients there tend to weigh the trip against what they get from it. We try to make the visit worth the journey by doing the history, the labs and the plan in one place.
We stay current with the research and the technology so that every patient is offered care we would want for our own families, with a plan built around your medical history and your goals.
When you become our patient you are treated like family. You are never a number, and you will always be told plainly what a treatment can and cannot do for you.
Modern, evidence-based methods and high-quality products.
We review your full history and build the plan around you.

No. Plenty of our patients do well without it. It is one option among several, and we will tell you honestly if we do not think it is the right tool for you.
Usually monthly at the start, while the dose and the plan are being adjusted, then less often once things are steady.
Coverage varies by plan, and several of these medicines are not covered for weight management alone. We will tell you what it costs before you commit.
